About

What is the PTCO? Parent, Teacher, Community Organization.

Our Goal at Willow Woods is to enrich our children's school experience and make each school year the best one yet! We do this by sponsoring various family fun events throughout the school year, providing resources and tools to the faculty that is not normally included in the school budget, and supporting funds for the various and many needs of the school.

As our community at Willow Woods continues to grow, the PTCO is eager to help ease the transition for everyone. Watch for many opportunities for the students and parents to get together.

Two signatures from the board are required for each check issued, and a signature card of all the board members shall be on file at the bank.

The PTCO works together as a team. Sometimes the responsibilities overlap between the board members. Usually the person who is organizing an event will also put together the flyer for that event and ensure that it gets distributed. We know that a lot of parents work and are not always available for every event. We always try to help each other out.

About Our Meetings

For those of you who have never attended one of our meetings, the door is open to EVERYONE. Parents, guardians, teachers, and the principal attend these meetings. We will meet throughout the school year to discuss upcoming events, budget, teacher requests, principal issues, and parent ideas/concerns.

These meetings are for YOU as well as us. We welcome any new ideas and suggestions. So join us for a meeting and hear what's happening at your school.
