2026 Fun Run Company Donations

The Willow Woods PTCO invites you to sponsor or donate to our 2026 Fun Run. This event raises money for enrichment programs, field trip transportation, student and classroom supplies, promotes student fitness, and more. Willow Woods Elementary’s 350+ students will collect pledges for two weeks before running with their classmates at the Fun Run on May 8.

The Fun Run provides an opportunity to promote your business to many local families while supporting the teachers and students of Willow Woods. We will include your logo and website on our Fun Run promotional materials, our website homepage, and on the Fun Run fundraising website. We will also be sharing your company on our Facebook page and in

our school Facebook group. In addition, we can provide a keepsake certificate of your sponsorship by request.

All donations are appreciated, including raffle items if a monetary donation is not possible. If you are able to donate, please use our donation website or fill out our form: https://forms.gle/uET2k9MaRy13fY5x5

MONETARY DONATIONS: If donating via check, please make it payable to “Willow Woods PTCO” and write “2026 Fun Run” in the memo line. Checks can be hand delivered to a board member or school secretary, picked up by a board member, or mailed to the school:

RAFFLE ITEMS: Raffle items can be delivered to the school office or picked up by a board member. Please let us know if something is being delivered or when it can be picked up.

The Willow Woods PTCO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by IRS code. A receipt with our tax ID 38-3180680 can be provided upon request.
