The Willow Woods PTCO is looking for companies to join our 2023 Fun Run as an event sponsor. This event raises money for a new outdoor learning structure, enrichment programs, field trip transportation, school resources, and promotes student fitness. Willow Woods Elementary’s 350 students will collect pledges from friends and family members for two weeks before running with their classmates at the Fun Run on September 29.
The Fun Run provides an opportunity to promote your business to many local families while supporting the teachers and students of Willow Woods Elementary. All donations are appreciated and we also have some sponsorship levels available:
Bronze - $50
Company logo on our Fun Run flyer.
Silver - $100
Company logo on our Fun Run flyer and our website for the entire school year.
Gold - $250 or above
Company logo on our Fun Run flyer, our website for the entire school year, shares on our social media, event banner by the school parking lot, and receive a keepsake certificate of your sponsorship.
There will be one event banner featuring all our sponsors’ logos displayed on the school fence for approximately one month. The donation deadline to have your company logo on our event banner is September 18, 2023. Please email your logo to us at willowwoodsptco@gmail.com. Preferred format is EPS or a high resolution JPG for best print quality.
If you are able to donate, please fill out our Sponsorship Form: https://forms.gle/VS7whathifSwm5948 and make your check payable to “Willow Woods PTCO” with “Fun Run” written on the memo line. Checks can be hand delivered to a board member or mailed to the school:
