About the Event

Our biggest fundraiser of the year will kick off on Monday, September 16! The Fun Run student event will be held on Friday, September 27. All funds raised during this event will go directly to our students through classroom supplies, field trips, special assemblies, upgraded technology, and more. 

We will NEED volunteers for the Fun Run event on September 27. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up here for any or all time slots. Volunteers must complete and pass a background check through the school per district policy. Be sure to submit your background check with the school office ASAP. Volunteering is a great way to help but also to see your children have fun at the event. 

We are also seeking sponsors for our Fun Run! If you are interested in being a sponsor, please email us at willowwoodsptco@gmail.com. If you would like to make a donation to our Fun Run, please visit our Community Share page. If you would like to donate in support of a specific student, please visit their student webpage (do not use the Community Share page or the student will not receive credit).

  2. Make an online donation using the red Donate button.
  3. Share with friends and family via email, text message, Facebook or X (Twitter) to help your child reach their goal.

STUDENT GOALS!

  • Our goal is to have 100% of all students registered online! It's easy, FREE, and only takes a few minutes!
  • Students will earn a Spirit Bracelet when you register them and share their page.
  • Each student is encouraged to raise $50.
  • View our Incentives page on Get Movin’ FundHub for more awesome prizes and rewards!

OUR TOTAL SCHOOL GOAL IS $10,000! 

EVENT DAY* DETAILS:

  • Event Date: Friday, September 27 (weather permitting).
  • All K-5 students will participate.
  • 9:00am-9:40am - Grades 4 & 5
  • 9:45am-10:20am - Grades 2 & 3
  • 10:25am-11:00am - Grades K, 1, & 1/2 Split

*Fun Run schedule is tentative to change.

Final Donation Due Date: 10/04/2024 11:59 PM. Donations in the form of cash & checks (in-school donations) should be turned in to the school office. Please make checks payable to: Willow Woods PTCO.
