2024 End of the Year Party

Willow Woods families are invited to Sterling Gymnastics Academy (SGA) to celebrate the end of the school year! The event is FREE to attend but it is required to RSVP for all children attending by Friday, May 31. WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT RSVPS FOR THIS EVENT.  THANK YOU!

What to Expect:

• All students MUST have a signed waiver with SGA to participate.
• Parents/guardians must check in at the front desk upon arrival to verify waivers are completed.
• Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and watch or leave then return to pick up children by 7:45pm (15 minutes prior to the end of the party).
• Water will be provided for the children to stay hydrated.

Please Remember:

• Children should wear comfortable gym clothes.
• This event is only for Willow Woods families and school staff.
• Adults (18+) are NOT ALLOWED ON ANY EQUIPMENT, at any time, for any reason.
• RSVP to our event so we know how many attendees to expect.
• HAVE FUN!
